Join us for the WA Property industry’s night of nights as we celebrate the success of the industry and crown the prestigious winners of the 2022 WA Property Awards!

Every day, our members contribute to the creation of the incredible buildings, spaces, and places in our cities and regions – in which our communities live, work, learn, and play. These projects can’t come to life without the people who design, develop and manage them, yet often we reward the project itself, without recognising the individuals or teams that made it possible.

This year we have several new award categories to recognise the depth, expertise and skill of the Property Council membership and have made some changes to our existing categories in order to ensure a strong and fair competition. All of the new details can be found on our Awards Categories page here.

We are also happy to announce that the Future Directions Stan Perron Leader of the Year Award will be included in this year’s state awards to recognise the prestige of the category and it’s entrants.

The Property Council of Australia is honoured to welcome back a number of property, experts, plus a few new faces, who collectively form our esteemed judging panel, and we are thrilled to call for nominations in the following categories.

All of the winners will be announced at our Property Awards Night Dinner to be held at Optus Stadium on Friday 14th October at a lavish black tie gala event. Bring your colleagues, peers and loved ones and join us at Optus Stadium where we will celebrate all of the excellent nominees and winners in style with a sumptuous dinner, guest MC, great entertainment and a chance to shine a spotlight on what makes our industry so special.

Do you have a winning project deserving of all of the accolades, nominate now!
