A nomination fee of $440 (inc. gst) for all Development Awards, Operational Awards, Innovation and Marketing Awards and the Property Team of the Year.
A nomination fee of $220 (inc. gst) for the remaining Individual Awards.
The nomination fee will be processed at the end of your nomination form, please have details ready to make payment. You will need to provide credit card details to make this payment, an invoice payment will not be available for this nomination fee.

Site Tours
Site Tours will be conducted beginning 4th September 2023. If you are shortlisted for a site tour, you will be contacted a minimum of 1 week prior and advised of your site inspection date and time. Virtual Site Tours, may need to take place in some instances and you will also be contacted one week in advance to organise a date and time. In the event that a COVID-19 lockdown prevents the pre-arranged site tour from taking place, your site tour may be converted to a Virtual Site Tour or your submissions may be judged solely on the submission information provided.

Interviews
Interviews will take place for all Individual Award nominees for the beginning the week of the 25th September 2023. If you are shortlisted for an interview you will be contacted to arrange a suitable date and time at least one week prior. Your referees may also be contacted for a phone interview during this time.

All nominations will go through a strict judging process prior to finalists and winners being selected. If a sufficient number of applications are not received for an award category, the Property Council reserves the right not to proceed to awarding a winner. Should an award category be cancelled, the nomination fee will be returned to any applications who have nominated in the award category.

Briefing Sessions
This year we will be holding several information sessions; this will be a time for you to ask any questions you may have when it comes to your nominations. We have set up five general information sessions.
