Tanya Trevisan - Director Infrastructure Projects, Minderoo Foundation

Tanya has over 30 years experience in the property development industry, and this has been primarily focused on the development of medium density townhouses, apartments and mixed-use built form.  Previous roles include Development Director at Frasers Property and Chief Operating Officer at Iris Residential. With a background as a registered Architect, she ensures a keen focus is maintained on promoting quality design outcomes that assist in delivering strong vibrant communities. Tanya was WA President of the Property Council of Australia and a director of the National Board of Property Council from 2017 – 2019.

Ray Haeren - Director Planning - Urbis

Ray is an Urban and Regional Planner with more than 21 years’ experience in the government and private sectors. Ray entered into private consulting in 2005 after being the Director for Planning and Sustainability at the City of Gosnells. Ray has a broad range of experience in statutory and strategic planning with particular expertise in policy development facilitation and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Kylee Schoonens - Principal – Rothelowman

Kylee’s strengths include her profound understanding of leading design practices for large and small scale developments, as well as her highly-valued and sought-after government advocacy and stakeholder relations knowledge and relationships. Kylee is a motivated, people-first leader who is dedicated to changing communities for the better, with extensive experience working across a number of sectors including residential, mixed-use, aged care, civic, retail, hospitality, specialist housing and heritage. Kylee is currently the chair for Western Australia’s land information authority, Landgate. She is also a Non-Executive Director for start-up Cleantech Infrastructure business, Geniux. She also advocates for positive change in industry within her role on the Residential Committee for the Property Council of WA. Kylee’s ability to produce commercially astute design solutions with character and purpose strengthens Rothelowman’s leadership team and has accelerated the firm’s national expansion.

Richard Kilbane - President Property Council WA. General Manager, Hawaiian

Richard is Chief Operating Officer of Hawaiian, previously having held numerous roles within the business, most recently as the General Manager, Office Buildings. As Chief Operating Officer, Richard has day to day responsibility for the WA operations, including managing a portfolio of retail, office and hospitality assets with a value exceeding $1 billion. Richard has established himself as a leader in the industry, having played an integral and forefront role in transforming Hawaiian’s award-winning development portfolio into one that that embraces innovation and change. This has included the development of Claremont Quarter, 235 St Georges Terrace and more recently the $50 million refurbishment of the iconic Parmelia Hilton Hotel. Richard is currently the President of the WA Division of the Property Council of Australia and a graduate of the Harvard Business School of General Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and sits on the Board of St. Barts.

Paige Walker - Immediate Past President Property Council WA. Chief Executive Officer, Fiveight

With over 15 years’ experience in the property sector in both Victoria and Western Australia, Paige has worked extensively across areas including development, construction and marketing. From 2017 to 2023 Paige led Mirvac’s residential business in WA as General Manager Residential. From acquisition through to delivery, Paige was responsible for the $0.8 billion development pipeline of apartments and master‐planned communities. Paige holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, a Master of Property from RMIT University and is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Paige held the position of President of the Property Council’s Western Australia Division from 2021 to 2023. 

Lee Lawler - Director, CBRE

Lee has 18 years’ experience in the property industry, specialising in the Perth retail sector at CBRE for the last 15 years. Over this time, she has managed various types of retail and commercial assets throughout WA providing high levels of service delivering valuable outcomes to a wide range of landlords and tenants. Lee has gained extensive knowledge of all facets of property and the Perth market, and has garnered a reputation for superior client relationship management, asset analysis, strategic retail planning and exceptional leadership. Lee is now responsible for leading CBRE’s Retail Property Management in WA and SA, having oversight over all retail property management appointment in these markets.  In addition, Lee is member of CBRE’s Executive Committee in both WA and SA, responsible for the implementation of strategy and growth of the business in both states. Lee has been employed with CBRE since 2008 during which time she has always had a focus on retail property management. Prior to that Lee was based in London where she was a property manager for a small and middle tier agencies, managing a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial assets in central London, UK and Europe.

Brett Wilkins - Director, Ray White Commercial

Brett Wilkins has over 39 years’ of amazing experience in local and international real estate, with a fantastic track record in building and operating real estate businesses, developing and mentoring sales teams, acquiring and developing real estate portfolios, and transacting with major real estate clients. Brett was a National partner at Jones Lang Wootton, the founding CEO of the Hawaiian Group, Executive Director at EY and more recently has spent 6 years at Ray White Commercial leading their Capital transaction team. Brett was the the 2022 Property Council (WA) Agent of the Year

Ross Duckham - Senior Associate, Hatch RobertsDay

Ross has 22 years’ experience in property and urban planning, providing thought leadership and strategic advice to a variety of clients. He has led a number of multi-disciplinary teams on greenfield and infill projects, and has a passion for innovation. For the last four years he has been WA’s representative judge in the Property Council’s national Innovation and Excellence Awards.

Steven Yovich - Independent Consultant

Steven is an experienced property professional having previously worked with property development, property management and construction companies. Steven now works as an independent consultant undertaking assignments and providing advice on property and construction matters to both Private Enterprises and Government Departments. Steven is a former National Director, Chairman of Finance Committee and Western Australian President of the Property Council.

Megan Adair - General Manager, Planning Development & Sales, Satterley Property Group

Megan Adair is the General Manager Planning Development & Sales with the Satterley Property Group and has 30 years of experience gained through senior leadership roles held with state and local government and the private sector. Her expertise spans development facilitation and negotiation, policy formation, urban design, and planning framework development and implementation. She has held senior regulatory roles as a member of the WA Planning Commission and Presiding Member of Joint Development Assessment Panels – Central and West.  She was 2022 Vice President of the PIA WA Divisional Committee. Megan is a Fellow of Leadership WA, a board member of Stellar Living, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of the Planning Institute of Australia. She has voluntarily assisted in the review and final drafting of WA Planning Regulations and the development of State Planning Policy. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from Curtin University.

Rebecca Moore

Rebecca Moore - Government Architect

In her role as Government Architect of Western Australia, Rebecca provides expert and independent advice to government on significant and strategic projects ensuring that good design is at the centre of developments for the benefit of all Western Australians. Rebecca is also Chair of the State Design Review Panel which plays an important role in the design review of major city-changing projects. A highly credentialled architect with more than three decades of experience both here in Perth and overseas, Rebecca has expertise in design, planning, heritage and construction. Rebecca is a nationally accredited mediator and was a long-standing member of the WA State Administrative Tribunal. As Government Architect, Rebecca is committed to delivering a built environment that gives Western Australians a sense of identity, belonging, and shared heritage without compromising functionality, sustainability or aesthetics.

Sandy Anghie

Sandy Anghie - Architect, Sandy Anghie Designs

Architect Sandy Anghie is actively engaged in the Perth community, dedicated to promoting good design. Alongside her residential work, Sandy is President of the Australian Institute of Architects WA Chapter, editor of “The Architect” magazine and co creator of Perth Design Week. Sandy’s contribution to architecture has been recognised in two awards – the 2020 WA Emerging Architect Prize and the 2018 NAWIC Social Responsibility Award. In addition to architecture, Sandy holds degrees in law and commerce, starting her career as a lawyer in 1997 before returning to university to pursue her passion and become an architect. She has served on not-for-profit boards for the past decade, and is currently a Councillor at the City of Perth
